REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Krishi Agrimart is an agriculture-focused online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers and manufacturers. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled on the Krishi Agrimart platform.

1. MARKETPLACE MODEL
Krishi Agrimart operates solely as an online marketplace and technology platform. Products listed on Krishi Agrimart are manufactured by third-party manufacturers and sold through independent sellers (Distributors).
Krishi Agrimart does not manufacture, produce, store, or directly sell any product listed on the platform.

2. RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER
Manufacturers are solely responsible for product quality, composition, labeling, legality, germination, performance, productivity, and compliance with applicable laws.
Krishi Agrimart and sellers do not take responsibility for:
Product quality
Seed germination
Crop yield or productivity
Effectiveness of fertilizers, pesticides, or agricultural inputs
Any loss (direct or indirect) arising from product usage

Customers are strongly advised to consult their nearest Krishi Salahkar / Agricultural Expert before purchasing or using any seeds, chemicals, or agricultural equipment.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Return requests are accepted only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Expired product received
Missing item(s) in the order

Returns will NOT be accepted for:
Change of mind
Improper usage
Crop failure
Germination or productivity issues

4. RETURN REQUEST TIME WINDOW
Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

5. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Due to the sensitive nature of agricultural products, all products on Krishi Agrimart are non-returnable, except in the eligible cases mentioned above.

6. REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE
Refunds are processed via UPI only.
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on manufacturer verification and banking channels.

7. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Return pickup or shipping will be arranged by Krishi Agrimart or the seller, depending on the case.
Customers must strictly follow the return instructions shared after approval.

8. PROOF REQUIRED FOR RETURN
To initiate a return, customers must submit:
Clear images or videos showing the issue with the product

Failure to provide valid proof may result in rejection of the return request.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Krishi Agrimart and sellers shall not be liable for:
Crop loss or damage
Incorrect application or dosage
Environmental or climatic impact
Indirect or consequential losses

Use of any product is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
